More about this game

Inner Weather: A Mood Journal is a quiet space to notice what is moving within you. You answer exactly eight questions covering topics like mood, energy, focus, body, and stress. Each choice gently shifts your inner profile toward one of four outcomes. There are no right or wrong answers, and nothing is saved. Once you complete the eight reflections, the game reveals your current inner weather—Sunny, Misty, Stormy, or Starlit—along with a brief summary and a gentle suggestion for your day.

Tips
  • Take your time. There is no timer, so you can pause and reflect on each of the eight questions for as long as you need.
  • Answer honestly. The four results—Sunny, Misty, Stormy, and Starlit—are just gentle observations, not judgments, and nothing is recorded after you finish.
  • Your inner weather can change. If you feel different later, you can restart the journal anytime to check in again and see a new result.
Questions

Are my answers saved?

No, the journal is private by design. Nothing is saved or recorded after you finish the eight questions and see your final inner weather result.

How many questions are there?

There are exactly eight questions in each check-in. They cover specific categories including your mood, energy, focus, body, stress, connection, pace, and current needs to determine your weather.

How is my inner weather calculated?

Each of your answers adds hidden points to four categories: sun, mist, storm, and star. For example, accumulating thirteen storm points results in a Stormy weather profile.
