Tips
- If you lose your way or cannot find the last pearl, stop moving for exactly 8 seconds to trigger yellow hint bubbles that float up from your explorer.
- Look for the pulsing yellow rings in the water; scanned creatures and collected pearls will display a glowing circle to show they are already completed.
- The glowing shell cave remains locked and blue until you find all nine checklist items, at which point it turns bright gold and allows you to enter.

How do I know when the shell cave is finally open?
The HUD at the top of the screen will update to say the cave is unlocked. The cave entrance itself will also change from blue to gold and emit a large glowing ring.
