More about this game

In Lisa's Sketchbook, you guide Lisa through a sensitive live television interview in 2009. The goal is to finish the interview while maintaining her Boundary and Authenticity meters. You start with Boundary at 62 and Tension at 38. You must select dialogue options that protect her energy and choose moments to sketch details of the band. Each choice impacts her Boundary, Authenticity, and Tension. The run ends when the interview concludes, and success depends on keeping Boundary above 55 and Authenticity above 62.

Tips
  • Sketching always boosts Authenticity by at least 14 points and lowers Tension by 3, so use it to recover during stressful moments.
  • Firm boundaries often increase your Boundary meter but might raise Tension, so balance your responses carefully to keep Tension below 65.
  • Choosing to sketch Jack's hands gives 3 extra Authenticity, while Archie's fur gives 2 Authenticity but boosts your focus by 3.
Questions

How do I win the game?

You succeed if your Boundary meter is 55 or higher and your Authenticity meter is 62 or higher when the interview ends. Keeping Tension below 60 also unlocks a better narrative outcome.

What happens if Tension gets too high?

If Tension goes above 65, the meter turns red. While it doesn't end the game immediately, keeping it below 60 at the end unlocks a better narrative outcome where the drawings feel observed rather than performed.

Can I talk to the band?

Yes, click the 'Talk to the band' button to open a chat where you can ask Jack, Gemma, Harvey, or Pete questions. They will reply warmly and directly to help you between the difficult interview questions.
