Keep an eye on your funds, as facility upkeep costs are deducted periodically. The game continues as long as you can manage your finances and keep the hospital running smoothly.

How do I unlock new hospital wings?
You unlock new hospital wings by recovering a certain number of patients. The Diagnostics Wing unlocks at 3 healed patients, the Care Pavilion at 8, and the Innovation Center at 15.
What happens if I run out of money?
If you run out of money, you won't be able to build new facilities or pay for upkeep, which may cause your hospital to struggle. Make sure to keep a reserve for upkeep payments.
How do I upgrade a facility?
Click or tap on a built facility to select it, then click the 'Upgrade' button in the selection menu. Upgrading costs money but improves the facility's efficiency.
