Choose an elemental mage and defend the cursed core from endless waves of undead by casting powerful spells.
How to play
- Select your preferred elemental mage and a game mode to start the ritual.
- Drag your character around the dungeon floor to avoid incoming enemy attacks.
- Tap anywhere on the screen to cast your elemental spells at the undead.
- Defeat the entire wave of enemies to purify the chamber and survive.
- Choose a permanent rune upgrade between waves to strengthen your defenses.

Your goal is to protect the Cursed Element from relentless undead hordes. You control a lone mage, moving around the dungeon and casting elemental spells to banish skeletons, armored ogres, and longbowmen. After clearing each wave, you select permanent rune upgrades to boost your spell damage, casting speed, or core health. The difficulty escalates with larger enemy waves and a massive bone-serpent boss. A run ends when either your mage or the core loses all health.
Tips
- The Fire mage applies a stacking burn that deals continuous damage, making it excellent for wearing down the massive bone-serpent boss.
- Prioritize the Rune of Renewal upgrade early on, as it restores 8 core health points after every single wave you clear.
- Armored ogres appear on wave 3 and take much more damage, so use the Earth mage's spike stun to halt their advance.
Questions
What happens on wave 7?
During the 10-Wave Challenge, wave 7 triggers a secret awakening. You can choose to transform your mage into a Holy or Darkness variant, or select Mage Mastery for a 75% damage boost.
How do I unlock the Holy and Darkness mages?
The Holy and Darkness mages are immediately available if you select the Endless Survival mode. In the 10-Wave Challenge, they only appear as transformation options during wave 7.
What does the Cursed Shield upgrade do?
The Cursed Shield is a rare permanent blessing that inflicts thorn damage on any enemy that successfully attacks the core, helping you clear crowded waves.
