More about this game
Gothic Lane: Obsidian Siege is a lane-defense strategy game where you summon units to destroy the enemy citadel. You start with basic skeleton units and unlock heavier troops and a powerful Lightning Rune as the battle progresses. Manage your mana carefully, as the enemy scales in difficulty and spawn rate over time. The game ends when either your fortress or the enemy citadel reaches zero health. Winning increases your streak and earns you trophies.
Tips
- The Lightning Rune costs 3 mana and stuns enemies for 1.5 seconds. Use it when three or more enemies are grouped together to trigger critical damage.
- At Wave 2, you must choose between the Dark Knight or Shadow Archer. The enemy will adapt its spawns based on your choice, so plan your lane defense carefully.
- Overtime doubles your mana regeneration but increases the enemy spawn rate. Prepare your defenses before the timer hits 60 seconds to handle the incoming surge of enemy troops.
Questions
How do I unlock the Lightning Rune?
The Lightning Rune unlocks during Overtime, which begins after 60 seconds of battle. It costs 3 mana to cast and deals area damage while knocking enemies back.
What happens if the timer runs out?
If the battle timer reaches 180 seconds, Overtime continues until one of the bases is destroyed. A Stalemate Breaker will eventually increase the movement and attack speed of all units.
Why can't I deploy my elite unit?
Elite units like the Dark Knight and Shadow Archer have a 3-second cooldown after deployment. You must wait for them to regroup before deploying them again into any of the three lanes.
