More about this game
Your goal is to defeat the enemy team in 4v4 turn-based tactical battles. Each round, you gain energy to spend on your creatures' unique ability cards, which can deal damage, apply powerful statuses, or heal your allies. You must exploit elemental weaknesses, like using Fire against Nature, to deal extra damage and gain the upper hand. Enemies grow stronger and gain more health in subsequent battles. A match ends in victory when all four enemy creatures are incapacitated, or in defeat if your entire squad falls.
Tips
- Exploiting an elemental weakness deals 1.35x damage to the target, while attacking a resistant enemy reduces your total damage output to 0.72x.
- If you have only one creature left alive, Last Stand activates, allowing you to use each of its cards up to 3 times per round.
- Passing your turn allows you to bank unused energy, up to your maximum limit, giving you a much stronger offensive capability in the next round.
Questions
How do the different status effects work in combat?
Statuses apply temporary effects to creatures. Burn deals 8 damage per turn, Regen heals 7 HP, Ward reduces incoming damage by 45%, and Exposed increases damage taken by 20%.
How do I get new creatures for my team?
You earn 240 coins by winning battles, which you can spend in the sanctuary shop to unlock new creatures like the Duskwater Naga for 1,100 coins.
What happens when a creature reaches zero health?
When a creature's health drops to 0, it becomes incapacitated for the rest of the battle. It cannot act, be targeted, or be healed until the match ends.
