More about this game
In Blackout: The City Survives, you command a city's power grid during nightly air raids. Your goal is to survive 10 nights without letting Guilt reach 80 or losing any district. You must choose which districts to keep lit for civilian morale and which to darken to hide from bombers. As you progress, weather changes and hidden bomber behaviors alter the threat. The run ends if a district's health reaches zero or if your Guilt threshold is exceeded.
Tips
- Keep the Command Post powered after Night 4 to receive crucial targeting hints about the bomber's behavior.
- Darkening the Hospital adds a heavy +2 Guilt penalty, so try to keep it lit unless it's heavily damaged.
- Pay attention to the weather; Heavy Fog reduces bomber accuracy by 30%, making it safer to leave lights on.
Questions
What happens if a district is destroyed?
If any district reaches zero health from bomber damage, the switchboard goes quiet and you immediately lose the game.
How does the Timed mode work?
In Timed mode, you only have exactly 3 seconds to adjust your grid before the raid automatically begins without confirmation.
How do I repair districts in Endless mode?
Tap the Repair button on a damaged district and keep both it and a surviving Factory powered for 3 full day-night cycles.
