GHOST SIGNAL
By @FabianArias
Match signals and master precise thrust to survive a neon gauntlet of interceptors.
How to play
- Tap THRUST to push your ship upward and avoid walls.
- Tap SIGNAL to cycle between Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow signatures.
- Match your ship's signature to the color of upcoming security barriers.
- Dodge interceptors and fixed hazards along the flight path.
- Memorize the deterministic patterns to clear each sector.
Controls
- Touch
- Tap THRUST to fly up, tap SIGNAL to cycle your signature.
- Keyboard
- Press Space or Up to thrust, X or Right to cycle signal.
- Mouse
- Click the on-screen buttons to thrust or cycle signal.
More about this game
Navigate a deterministic neon gauntlet by mastering precise thrust and signal timing. Your goal is to survive fixed 30-40 second sectors without crashing into walls, interceptors, or mothership structures. As you progress, the difficulty increases with tighter barrier spacing, faster enemies, and complex crossing paths. A run ends immediately if you collide with a hazard or accumulate 3 detection errors at security barriers.
Tips
- Learn the fixed patterns. Every sector uses deterministic routes, so repeating a level will help you memorize barrier and enemy timing.
- Keep an eye on the warning indicators to anticipate fast-moving Darts and other interceptors before they enter the screen.
- Don't panic at barriers. You only need to match the signature when crossing; a wrong color adds a detection, but 3 will end your run.
Questions
What happens if I hit a wall or enemy?
Colliding with enemies, solid mothership structures, or corridor walls destroys your ship immediately and ends the run.
How do security barriers work?
You must match your ship's signature (Cyan, Magenta, or Yellow) to the barrier's color when crossing. A wrong signature adds 1 detection error.
How many detection errors can I make?
You can make up to 2 detection errors. If you reach 3 detections, your ship is intercepted and the run ends.
