How to play
- Lean left or right to aim for the next safe hold on the mountain.
- Press the climb button to reach and grab the targeted hold above you.
- Watch out for warning signs of falling rocks and ice from above.
- Find shelter under ledges when strong wind gusts occur to avoid falling.
- Reach checkpoints to secure your progress and collect relics along the way.

Your goal is to reach the top of a randomly generated mountain route. You must climb from hold to hold while avoiding falling rocks, ice, and snow slides. As you ascend, the weather intensifies with fog, rain, snow, and strong wind gusts that can push you off balance. Reaching checkpoints saves your progress, and collecting relics unlocks cosmetic gear. A run ends successfully when you secure the summit.
Tips
- Pay attention to the danger lane warnings; you have exactly 1.75 seconds to move sideways or find shelter before hazards fall.
- Wind gusts push you with a base force of 62; find a sheltered cave or hold firm to avoid being blown off the mountain.
- Look for shortcut routes that offer faster climbing but come with higher risks; they often hide some of the 12 collectible relics.
Questions
What happens if I miss a grab or get hit?
If you miss a hold or get struck by a falling hazard, you will fall and be safely returned to your last secured anchor checkpoint to try again.
How do I unlock new cosmetic gear?
You can unlock new ropes, helmets, and trims by collecting up to 12 relics scattered across the mountain during your climbs. Check the expedition kit menu.
Does the weather affect the gameplay?
Yes, dynamic weather like fog reduces visibility, while storms and high winds can push you off balance and require you to seek shelter under ledges.
