More about this game
Your goal is to pull the tug-of-war rope past the victory threshold of 100 before the 28-second timer runs out. You do this by alternating left and right inputs to a steady beat. Hitting the perfect 0.8-second interval grants a bonus to your pull force and builds your combo multiplier. Tapping the same side twice or losing the rhythm resets your combo and applies a penalty. The computer opponent grows stronger as the match progresses and on higher levels. A run ends when either side reaches 100 points or the time expires.
Tips
- Do not mash the buttons; maintaining the exact 0.8-second perfect interval gives a much stronger pull force than rapid, off-beat tapping.
- Every 4 combo hits increases your pull multiplier by 0.25, capping at a maximum 1.25 bonus, so maintaining consistency is key to winning.
- Watch out for the opponent's burst of strength; it periodically pulls harder, requiring you to maintain your combo to resist.
Questions
Why did my combo reset?
Your combo resets and you lose 1 point if you tap the same side twice in a row, or if you wait longer than 1.05 seconds between your taps.
How do I get a perfect pull?
You must time your alternating taps exactly 0.8 seconds apart to match the perfect beat interval and gain the +1 bonus pull force.
How long is each match?
Each level gives you exactly 28 seconds to pull the balance to the 100-point threshold. If time runs out, the side with the most points wins the match.
