Your goal is to survive a mandatory customer service shift by picking the single policy-compliant response before the patience timer hits zero. You start with three Sanity Hearts and zero empathy. Each correct answer defuses the customer, builds your combo, and earns Coffee Coins. Difficulty ramps up quickly: decision time drops by 0.11 seconds per customer, and the timer drains 15% faster after every five callers. The run ends when you make too many mistakes and lose all your Sanity Hearts.
Tips
- Decision time starts at 5.2 seconds but drops by 0.11 seconds per customer down to a minimum of 2.4 seconds, so read fast.
- Every tenth round is a Mega-Karen boss requiring exactly 12 rapid mashes in 3 seconds to transfer the call and earn 10 Coffee Coins.
- Buy the Quad-Shot Energy Brew for 400 Coffee Coins to get a shield bubble that absorbs your first wrong-answer mistake during a run.
