More about this game

You play as Matthew, a dispatcher dealing with bizarre emergency calls. Your goal is to resolve rapid-fire situations before your patience meter runs out. Each call requires a quick action: dragging a hand to a dumbbell, tapping a screaming guitar amp, or swiping exploded egg debris off a counter. As your success streak grows, the calls get faster, dropping from 7.8 seconds down to 3.4 seconds. Failing a task drains your patience by 22 percent, and the run ends when your patience hits zero.

Tips
  • Watch the red timer bar closely; if it drops below forty-eight percent, Sunny will appear on screen to give you a helpful hint.
  • Failing a task costs 22 percent of your patience, but succeeding only restores 12 percent, so accuracy is much more important than raw speed.
  • The guitar amp task requires exactly four taps to resolve, so get ready to click fast when Jack calls about his screaming instrument.
Questions

How do I get my patience back?

You regain 12 percent of your patience every time you successfully resolve a call, up to a maximum of 100 percent. However, your patience also drains constantly at a rate of 3.2 percent every second.

Why is the game getting faster?

Every time you complete a call and increase your streak, the time limit for the next task speeds up. It starts at 7.8 seconds and eventually drops to 3.4 seconds.

How is my score calculated?

You earn 100 base points for every resolved call, plus an extra 25 points multiplied by your current streak. Keeping a long streak without failing is the best way to get a high score.
